EVENT # 1 ON ROAD: ROODEPLAAT DAM, Pretoria, Sunday 7 March 2010
Event 1 of the Momentum Health i-Flex National Duathlon Series powered by PeptoPro took place on a perfect day at Roodeplaat Dam to the north of Pretoria. A great turnout of approximately 450 athletes participated in the event, which is an indication of the growing trend towards multisport.

The day started off with the ever popular and growing kiddie’s race, and soon after this the main race of the day took place.

EVENT # 2 OFF ROAD: ZEVENWACHT Wine Estate, Cape Town, Sunday 18 April 2010

18 April 2010 - Round Two of the Momentum Health I-Flex National Duathlon Series took place at the beautiful Zevenwacht Wine Estate in the Western Cape. Weather conditions were good as a light breeze and sunny skies welcomed all the participants.   

Event 2, an off-road event, course designer Andre de Beer made sure that the participants would be put to the test with a well designed course that provided a little bit of everything. With the series offering the biggest purse in SA the top duathletes all made their way to Zevenwacht and the stage was perfectly set for challenging competition.

EVENT# 3 – Northern Farm – 9 May 2010

Sunday 9 May 2010  was not only Mothers Day but also Round 3 of the Momentum Health I-Flex National Duathlon series, and what a perfect day it was. Clear skies, mild temperatures and little wind set the perfect stage for this off road event at Northern Farm just west of Fourways.

Mothers Day definitely didn’t keep the mothers away from the event. In fact in all of the brats,kiddies and main events we witnessed record numbers participating.
